Placing Orders
If you have never ordered before, you must sign in first. Click on "sign In", located on the top right hand of the screen. You will go to a page that says, "register" on the right. We just need your email address and you must make up a password. You will then be directed to the home page, simply enter and start shopping. Click on the item that you want to purchase, select quantity in the bottom of the page, and then, "add to cart". You will then go to an order page. You may decide to continue shopping by simply selecting another page to shop and then repeat the steps above. Or, you can click "Checkout". You will then be asked for address and payment information.
Payments and Shipping
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, money order or cheque. We need to receive full payment before shipping any orders. Money orders and cheques can be mailed to :

Please allow 10 to 20 days for shipping within Canada. Shipping times are not guaranteed. All orders will be shipped via Canada parcel post and deliveries will be sent out every Friday.
Stock fluctuates daily. Unfortunately, there may be times when an item has become unavailable before your order is fully processed. If this occurs, you will be contacted by email and informed of estimated delay in shipping time.
Items listed on website are not guaranteed to be in stock. In rare cases, items are no longer available. We will advise you of availablility after your order is placed.
Exact fabrics may not be provided in kits. We do our best to match selection of fabric to original sample when fabric runs out. If you are unsatisfied with your kit, you may return any unopened kit to us at above listed address.
All orders placed from within B.C. are subject to 6% G.S.T. and 7% P.S.T. All orders placed within Canada but outside of B.C. are subject to 6% G.S.T. only.
All shipping is subject to 6%G.S.T.
U.S. and International Orders
Sales tax does not apply on US and international orders but orders from outside of Canada may be subject to the individual country's customs duties and taxes. Shipping costs will be added manually after your package is weighed. You will receive email notification of costs and charged separately on your credit card.
All orders are processed in Canadian funds. U.S. and International orders will be automatically converted into your currency by your credit card company and subject to current exchange rate.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $200.00.
If you received a coupon at one of the shows we attended, please email us a separate email after you have placed your order. Your coupon will be manually processed.
